The Runway is the latest addition to the waytoplay cardboard series. Fourteen recycled cardboard parts with blue screen printed graphics of the typical markings that can be seen at airports, like taxiways, take-off and landing strips, gateways and a helicopter pad.
Designed for indoor use, they are an awesome canvas for doodles, drawing and paint and with four newly designed shapes added, they are a great fully compatible addition to the range of waytoplay toys.

Runway sets are design for indoor use and although harder than the flexible toy road sets, still connect perfectly to the flexible road segments.
Each set contains 14 parts;
- eight straights
- a T-junction
- two Y-junctions
- a hexagonal
- two square parkings
With what started as a fun idea and product design in 2003, husband and wife Sybren and Marise took the plunge in 2013 and embarked on a road trip into the unknown world of toys committed to providing toys with no wires or screens for 100% unplugged fun.
