Here's everything you need to know: 💰 1. Earning Curious Coins Curious Coins are our way of saying thank you! Earn them by shopping on our website and sometimes through other fun activities like social media engagement. Coins are linked to your registered account and must be earned using your account’s email address. Unfortunately, we can’t award coins retroactively for past purchases or interactions. Curious Coins have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money. 🎁 2. Using Curious Coins Coins can be redeemed for Loyalty Vouchers, which can be used towards eligible purchases at Curious Littles Play. Loyalty Vouchers can’t be used to buy e-gift cards. Coins and vouchers are non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, or combined with another account. 🔄 3. Program Changes Curious Littles Play may change, pause, or end the Loyalty Club (including these Terms) at any time, with or without notice. If the program is ever discontinued, we’ll give at least 3 months’ notice via email. After that, all unused coins and vouchers may be erased and will no longer be valid. 🔐 4. Account Integrity The Loyalty Club is here as a thank you to our amazing customers, and we ask that it’s used fairly and respectfully. We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts if we suspect: Fraud or misrepresentation Breach of Terms Unauthorised use of coins, vouchers or rewards If your account is deactivated, your Curious Coins and vouchers will be forfeited and can’t be reinstated. 🚫 5. Fair Play We may exclude individuals from the Loyalty Club at our sole discretion if any behaviour is deemed harmful or dishonest. This free program is meant to be fun and rewarding—please enjoy it responsibly! 🚚 6. Discounts, Vouchers & Free Shipping Free shipping on orders over £50 is calculated after all discount codes or Curious Coin redemptions. To qualify, your order total must be £50 or more after these deductions. You can use one discount code or one Loyalty Voucher per order—these can’t be combined. Don’t worry though—you’ll still earn Curious Coins whichever you choose to use! 🔄 7. Returns & Refunds If an item is returned and a refund is issued, any Curious Coins earned on that order will be deducted from your Loyalty Club account. For partial returns or refunds, any Loyalty Voucher used will not be reissued, even if only part of the order is returned. 📌 6. Final Bits By joining the Curious Littles Loyalty Club, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms may be updated from time to time.
