Inspired by the story of the brave little horse Hrókur, this enchanting collection of wooden loose parts invites children to create forests, mountains, rivers and hidden pathways ready for endless small world adventures.
The set includes 55 beautifully crafted wooden pieces in calming shades of moss green, icy blue and earthy brown. Conical pieces can become fir trees, mountains or rocky peaks, while the colourful coins transform into stepping stones, pools, pathways, food or treasures. A shimmering, snow-tipped piece adds an extra touch of Icelandic magic to every landscape children create.
Wonderfully open-ended, the Hrókur Set can be arranged, stacked, sorted, counted and combined with favourite wooden animals, figures and building pieces. With no prescribed way to play, it gives children the freedom to follow their own ideas while supporting storytelling, creativity, fine motor skills, spatial awareness and early mathematical exploration.
