Threewood Solid Oak Rainbow Number, Tracing and Sensory Board (10 lines) | Curious Littles Play
top of page

This wonderfully versatile board is perfect for tracing, sensory, getting creative, exploring numbers and learning to count.

By tracing the arcs of the rainbow either by finger, pushing the marble or using the wooden tracing stick, your child will not only be developing their fine motor skills, hand muscles and hand-eye coordination, it will guide them through numbers 1-10 and they can count as they go along.

Wool felt balls or other loose parts could be used as counters in conjunction with the numbers, as well as to get creative making patterns and different colour combinations to decorate the arcs. The addition of tweezers (sold separately) would also compliment these activities.

Another use could be in a balance board type play, where by your child would guide the marble from start to finish only by gently tilting the board and without touching the marble at all.

There really are so many ways you can enjoy these boards and with them being made to such a high standard and quality, it means this can continue for generations to come.
